OUR STORY
Cronin Physiotherapy (previously Irwin Physiotherapy) is a physiotherapy clinic located in the heart of Seaforth. We have been servicing the rehabilitation needs of Huron - Perth since 2003.
The main goal has always been to provide high quality assessment and treatment services to the rural communities that rivals the services found in the larger urban centres.
We provide services including acupuncture, orthopedic bracing, orthotics, vestibular rehab (including vertigo and BPPV), sports therapy, woman’s health, and exercise and wellness programs.
Kate Cronin
Owner / Registered Physiotherapist

Kate Cronin is the owner of Cronin Physiotherapy (previously Irwin Physiotherapy). She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Bachelors of Science (Kinesiology) in 2010 and continued on at Queen’s University to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2014.

Kate’s clinical experience is in orthopedics working with patients of all ages, including those injured at work, in sport, in motor vehicle accidents and in day to day life. Her areas of interest include musculoskeletal and orthopedic physiotherapy, sports injury management, post-concussion rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation, Kate has taken further courses in manual and manipulative physiotherapy (Level 2 Upper and Level 3 Lower of the CAMPT program), non-internal pelvic floor physiotherapy, vestibular rehabilitation, Dry Needling and has received her Level 2 Shift Concussion Certification. Kate enjoys mentoring physiotherapy students and helping to progress the field of physiotherapy.

Kate’s interest in physiotherapy began as a child when she needed physiotherapy for various sporting injuries and for treatment of Scoliosis. She is originally from Peterborough, but now resides in St. Columban with her husband and children. When she is not at the clinic Kate can be found on the farm with her family or at the rink playing a game of shinny.
Pat Morris
Registered Physiotherapist

Pat graduated from Brock University with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. He then continued his education graduating with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University.
Since graduating Pat has continued with post-graduate courses in acupuncture through Acupuncture Canada, manual therapy with Mulligan Concept Canada, and numerous concussion and vestibular courses. He is a Shift Concussion provider having completed Level 1 and 2 Shift Concussion management.
His clinical interests focus on musculoskeletal/orthopedic physiotherapy, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, as well as sport injury management.
Pat grew up in Seaforth and after many years away he is happy to be back and helping treat many familiar faces. Outside of the clinic Pat is active playing soccer, golfing, and hockey, as well as canoeing and camping.
Gaby Costello
Administrative Assistant

Gaby joined our clinic in July 2018. She is a long time resident of the Seaforth area and brings along 20 plus years' of experience working in the medical administration field. Gaby is the first contact at our clinic and will be greeting you with a friendly/welcoming demeanor always willing to accommodate present and new clients.

In Gaby's spare time she enjoys her family, camping, walking, volunteering and reading.
